The BMW Z3 M Coupe has become one of the most sought-after modern classics of recent years, combining distinctive styling with genuine motorsport pedigree. Early examples are particularly desirable, thanks to their use of the legendary BMW S50B32 engine, a high-revving, naturally aspirated straight-six from the E36 M3 and producing around 321bhp.
This superb example has covered just 46,000 miles from new and is finished in exceptionally rare Boston Green, understood to be one of just 14 UK cars specified in this colour. It has formed part of The Continental Performance Collection, a carefully curated private assemblage of significant modern performance and competition machinery, with a strong focus on BMW M cars and driver's machines.
The cabin is trimmed in two-tone black and grey Nappa leather, complemented by a leather steering wheel with M tri-colour stitching. Riding on the original 17-inch five-spoke alloy wheels fitted with Michelin tyres, equipment includes a sunroof, air conditioning, heated seats, and a BMW Business RDS stereo. The car is accompanied by its original book pack, along with a comprehensive history file containing numerous service invoices and MoT test certificates. The service record is particularly strong, with early maintenance carried out by supplying dealer Marston BMW Yeovil and subsequent servicing by recognised names including Munich Legends and BMW &Mini specialist Autoleys. Most recently serviced in December 2024 at 45,884 miles, the car also comes to auction with an MoT test certificate valid until September 2026.
