First I might need to mention, the mileage of 26700 is in KM (ca. 1650 mls), the price of € 3400 is roughly equal wit Pound Sterling - give or take a few...

Some of the pictures show the naked frame, piston and bearings and seals used to rebuild the bike. Goes to show, the bike was really from ground up rebuilt! The cylinder was bored oversize and a new, coated WÖSSNER piston installed. at this time, the ports where a littele "massaged" and a 2 mm "lift for the cylinder milled and installed. This opens the exhaust and transfer ports completely, which wasn't the case on the original version (!?). The 35 HP (DIN) are a low guess, since I don't have a dynamometer. The actual output might be closer to 40 HP. The silencer from DEP isn't as restrictive as the original to help her breathe better. The carb jets & needle was adjusted accordingly. The oil pump is adjusted slightly on the "rich side", and should be left that way - at least during the initial break-in periode.

Only used for testing were wheel bearings, brakes, clutch, chain set, battery and many other components that were replaced, rebuilt or overhauled. There is no rust in the tank and the petcock was rebuilt. The paint is new and of good quality, decals look ok, but are not original and the fit isn't optimal. There are two minor rips on the rear corners of the seat as shown. It's not something that really jumps in your face, so I left it allone. Replacment covers can be found fairly inexpensive on the Internet if you really can't live with it. Indicators are much better than the original parts, they don't break like them and look authentic. All the electrical parts work as they should.
