Offered for sale due to new projects: a rare and fully restored Citroën U23 short wheelbase from 1940, originally delivered to the French Army (first registration: February 1940).
This is a genuine 1940 model, not a later reconstruction.

- Flat front fenders

➡️ These can be reinstated by a purist if desired.
