The 2007 model year marked the introduction of the V8 Vantage Roadster. While the Coupé had already been available since 2005, this was the first year Aston Martin offered its compact sports car as a convertible.

Power comes from the naturally aspirated 4.3-litre V8 producing 385 hp. It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 5.0 seconds and reaches a top speed of 280 km/h (174 mph). The high-revving V8 rewards enthusiastic driving with the unmistakable raw soundtrack that has become a hallmark of Aston Martin.

In true Aston Martin tradition, the V8 Vantage is rear-wheel drive. Most examples were equipped with the Sportshift automated manual transmission, which is known for being less refined in everyday use. This Roadster, however, is fitted with the highly desirable and far rarer six-speed manual gearbox, making it the perfect choice for enthusiasts who appreciate a truly engaging driving experience.

Today, the V8 Vantage Roadster has become a modern classic, admired for its timeless proportions, lightweight bonded aluminium construction, high-quality materials and handcrafted finish. With the roof up it looks every bit as elegant as it does with the top down. The electrically operated soft top opens or closes in just 18 seconds and folds away neatly beneath a beautifully integrated tonneau cover. Inside, the Vantage combines its sporting character with luxury features including climate control, electrically adjustable seats, full leather upholstery, satellite navigation and more.

This Aston Martin V8 Vantage Roadster was supplied new by the factory in Gaydon, England, in February 2007 as a press vehicle. It received its first registration in June 2007 and subsequently had several owners in Germany. During one of these ownerships, the car was professionally refinished in the rare and stunning Silver Ice, a deep pearl-effect metallic that complements the interior beautifully. It is further enhanced by a set of 20-inch alloy wheels finished in gloss black.
