According to the owner, the brakes, lighting system, suspension, exhaust system, controls, cables, and tires were also inspected and are all in good condition.
Particularly noteworthy is the successful completion of the Luxembourg Contrôle Technique, which reportedly passed without any remarks.
The motorcycle comes from the 1998 model year and therefore belongs to the first production series of the YZF-R1. According to the seller, it is an early example carrying production number 623. The bike is said never to have been used on racetracks and remains in largely original configuration.
