Restored to exact factory specification and presenting in immaculate condition, this Black Shadow has come out of long term ownership of 60+ years!.
All matching numbers confirmed in writing by the VOC.
The Black Shadow was rebuild over a number of years by its previous owner, a trained engineer, and has since covered just 3959 Miles.
All details, except a few subtle upgrades are to factory specification:
The original stamped Miller rear light.
The original Miller headlight with its original ‘lighthouse’ amp meter is in place.
Ribbed Black Shadow brake drums front and back.
Large 5inch Smiths speedo specific to the Black Shadow.
Original Black Shadow 289 Amal carburettors 1.1/8inch painted in silver as per factory spec.
Feridax badged seat
Correct cadmium plated footrests and the list goes on.
Subtle upgrades such as a centre stand and a modern engine breather valve makes for less hassle when in use, but can easily be put back to standard if one wishes to do so.
This Black Shadow was build to be enjoyed at full throttle on the open road or on display in the living room -such is the standard of the restoration. The Vincent Black Shadow is in absolutely stunning condition and has tons of presence.
Comes with current registration and the original UK Brown Log Book including all EU duties paid.
