For many years, the Baur company in Stuttgart built convertibles for BMW. This was also the case with the 1600-2 and 2002 models. It is said that the bodywork of these beautiful models was somewhat ‘soft’. Baur then went on to build convertibles with the Targa bar. The result: the bodywork was stiffer, but less stylish. From September 1986, BMW began manufacturing the open-top models itself. Even today, the lines are still considered very elegant.
Our BMW 320i Convertible from the E30 series was first registered in 1992 in Albstadt, Germany, and is now in its third ownership. The exquisite features, such as the electric soft top and the Mauritius Blue paintwork with grey leather interior, make this classic car stand out.
