SA Tourer by Vanden Plas
Description
This is the first Speed 20 open tourer built by Vanden Plas and the third 20SA produced. An historic vehicle with unrestored bodywork showing the scars of life. A very rare opportunity indeed having changed family ownership only once in the last 70 years. The car was supplied to Chas. Follett on 22/12/31 probably used as a demonstrator then first sold on 29/4/32 to S.F.R Holmes of Baker St.London and entered in the 1933 RAC Rally. It swapped owners a few times in the forties before joining the Johnson family for 65 years.
A unique car to use 'as is' and cherish its sporty performance. It is not cheap but totally unique. The first Speed 20 Vanden Plas Tourer and a piece of Alvis Motoring History.
