Jaguar D-type chassis XKD543 year 1957.

This car is one of six cars partially burned in the Jaguar factory in 1957 and rebuilt in 1960, immediately registered, taken to the museum of Brands Hatch and purchased by the last owner in 1989 in Italy.

Jaguar has not registered the production of this car, but it is an authentic car and not a replica. Born "Short nose" and converted to "Long nose" then in the reconstruction after the partial fire.

I have all the documents and photos, the three FIA ​​fiches, the first of which with the former F1 driver Clay Regazzoni and also later with Sir Stirling Moss.

The car is equipped with an old material analysis sheet test from an Italian factory specialized in this work.

Questa vettura è una delle sei auto bruciate parzialmente nella fabbrica Jaguar nel 1957 e ricostruite nel 1960, immediatamente poi immatricolata, portata al museo di Brands Hatch e acquistata dall'ultimo proprietario nel 1989 in Italia.

La Jaguar non ha registrato la produzione di questa vettura, ma si tratta di un'auto autentica e non di una replica. Nata “Muso corto” e convertita in “Muso lungo” poi nella ricostruzione dopo il parziale rogo.

Ho tutti i documenti e le foto, le tre fiches FIA, di cui la prima con l'ex pilota di F1 Clay Regazzoni ed anche successivamente con Sir Stirling Moss.

L'auto è dotata di una prova di vecchia scheda di analisi dei materiali di una fabbrica italiana specializzata in questo lavoro.
