Frequently called the "baby 300SL roadster" due to its similar sporty & elegant body, the 190SL remains an iconic classic car. It was produced between 1955 and 1963.
The sample we offer for sale (first reg in 1963) has been thoroughly mechanically restored during the recent past years. The restoration took place in Belgium. Lots of essential parts were renewed (clutch, brakes...).
Its actual owner, a careful Belgian classic car lover, owns the car for more than 30 years and kept all invoices, pictures referring the restoration process. Every work on the car has been done respecting the authentic specifications. The odometer shows 1372 km after restoration of the 4 cylinder engine (77kW - 1897cc).
The color blend is as sporty as timeless. The interior trim has been renewed more than 30 years ago which offers the car that nice patina we all prefer to the brand new look. The car was new delivered in the actual same red. The car has been repainted.
The MB 190SL is a fixed value in the classic car market and retains its value, making from this classic car model a safe purchase combining stable investment and driving pleasure.
