HISTORIE/DOCUMENTATIE
In 2004 werd deze Jaguar XJ 8 met de krachtige 4.2-liter V8 motor nieuw geleverd in Duitsland. Stijlvol uitgevoerd in de kleursamenstelling Quartz Gray Metallic met een Warm Charcoal zwart lederen interieur. De auto is lang door dezelfde eigenaresse in bezit geweest en is recent van Duitsland naar Nederland geïmporteerd. Bij de auto is de originele boordmap aanwezig met instructieboek, touchscreen handboek, autotelefoon handboek, dealerhandboek en radiogegevens. Een fantastisch rijdende Jaguar XJ8 met een lage kilometerstand! Door zijn leeftijd is deze Jaguar voor ondernemers interessant vanwege de lage bijtelling op auto's van 15 jaar en ouder.

EXTERIEUR
Een imposante auto met een stijlvolle kleur, afgewerkt met fraaie chroomdelen en 18-inch lichtmetalen velgen. De algehele optische staat is netjes met lichte gebruikerssporen die passen bij de leeftijd van de auto. Naast de standaard rijke uitrusting aan opties, is deze Jaguar voorzien van een aantal aanvullende mooie opties. Denk hierbij aan parkeersensoren aan de voorzijde (en aan de achterzijde), een elektrisch bedienbaar glazen schuif-kanteldak en elektrisch bedienbare én inklapbare buitenspiegels. Dankzij xenon koplampen beschikt de auto over heldere lichtstralen.

INTERIEUR
Dat het hier om een luxe limousine gaat is duidelijk vanaf het moment dat u instapt. Brits vakmanschap wordt gekenmerkt door een overvloed aan hoogwaardig leer en hout. De audio installatie is van hoge kwaliteit (Alpine), de climate control is volledig automatisch, de stoelen zijn meervoudig elektrisch te verstellen met geheugenfunctie en zowel de buitenverlichting als de ruitenwissers zijn automatisch. Verder is het stuur elektrisch verstelbaar en beschikt de auto over cruise control, stoelverwarming, een navigatiesysteem en een verwarmde voor- en achterruit. Een aanvullende optie is de verwarmbare achterbank. Het plaatje is compleet met de prachtige walnoot houtafwerking op het dashboard en deurpanelen. Het interieur verkeert nog in nette staat zonder instapbeschadigingen. In de kofferbak bevindt zich de CD-wisselaar en reservewiel onder de dubbele bodem.

TECHNISCH
Ook onder de motorkap ziet de auto er netjes en droog uit. Op 16 september 2025 is de laatste onderhoudsbeurt uitgevoerd bij een kilometerstand van 105.759. Hierbij zijn 4 nieuwe banden gemonteerd. De motor loopt fraai en de 6-traps automatische versnellingsbak schakelt soepel. De V8 benzinemotor heeft een inhoud van 4.2 liter en levert maar liefst 298 pk. Hierdoor sprint de auto is 6,6 seconden naar 100 km/u en bedraagt de topsnelheid 250 km/u (gelimiteerd). De auto weegt dankzij het aluminium chassis en de aluminium carrosserie slechts 1.609 kg en is lichtvoetiger dan zijn formaat in eerste instantie doet vermoeden. De remmen en het onderstel zijn heerlijk afgestemd op comfort en meer dan goed op hun taak berekend.

Algemene informatie over de Jaguar XJ
De XJ productielijn van Jaguar bestaat al sinds 1968 en begon met de Serie 1. Hierna volgden de Serie 2 en Serie 3.Vanaf 1994 werden de XJ's aangeduid met een X-nummer. het door ons aangeboden exemplaar betreft de X350 lijn welke werd geproduceerd van 2003 tot 2007. Dit nieuwe model was een grote vooruitgang ten opzichte van zijn voorgangers, grotendeels doordat de motor en een groot deel van het chassis en de carrosserie werd vervaardigd uit aluminium. De luchtvering zorgt voor een ontzettend comfortabel rijgedrag. Hij werd aangeboden met een 3.0 L V6, 3.5 L V8, 4.2 L V8, 4.2 L supercharged V8 of een 2.7 L V6 dieselmotor.

The car has been owned by the same owner for a long time and was recently imported from Germany to the United Kingdom. An additional option is the heated rear seat. The picture is completed by the beautiful walnut wood finish on the dashboard and door panels. The interior is still in good condition with no entry damage. The boot contains the CD changer and spare wheel under the double floor.

General information about the Jaguar XJ
Jaguar's XJ production line has been in existence since 1968 and began with the Series 1. This was followed by the Series 2 and Series 3. From 1994 onwards, the XJs were designated with an X number. The model we offer is from the X350 line, which was produced from 2003 to 2007. This new model was a major improvement on its predecessors, largely because the engine and a large part of the chassis and bodywork were made of aluminium.
