Body-off restored TR6 in a very good condition. Restored in the Netherlands and owned by 1 owner for over 34 years. The Triumph has been professionally painted in the original colour "Damson Red" and the quality is of a high standard. The paint looks very nice with a deep gloss and that is a big compliment, as it is after all an older restoration.

The colour looks very cool on this car, it really is a 70s classic. The underside, by the way, is equally beautiful and quasi in new condition. The chassis was highly restored from the base, powder coated and correctly painted black. The black hood was also renewed then and the windows are clear and scratch-free. The original wide steel rims have been newly painted and recently fitted with new wide tyres. A great dual stainless steel exhaust system has been fitted and, together with the wide rims, gives the TR6 a cool look.

The interior is also very neat, the dashboard is newly upholstered and the counters and gauges have been partially overhauled. The original TR6 seats are newly upholstered and padded and the complete carpet set and trim panels have been renewed.
The rock-solid 6-in-line and gearbox have been overhauled in the past, but there are no invoices for that. The engine starts perfectly both hot and cold and is fitted with two overhauled carburettors. The car was recently RDW inspected, so everything works as it should.

There are some invoices and photos of the restoration, but a lot has been done in-house as well and of course there are no invoices for that. In any case, the result is very neat, and also very competitively priced. It is a good and honest restoration and for this amount of money you cannot restore a TR6 yourself. Feel free to compare the offers on the internet, they are often for sale in this restored state above 30K.
