1965 Porsche 356 C Karmann Coupe – one of 1101 produced

 

Matching numbers 1965 Porsche 356 C Karmann Coupe with factory 1.6-liter boxer engine and 4-speed manual transmission. The car has 48066 indicated miles on the odometer. A Porsche Certificate of Authenticity confirming matching-numbers chassis, engine, transmission, black interior, Signal Red exterior color, and factory chrome wheels. Extensively documented owner history spanning the USA and Denmark is included in the sale. The car has a current Danish title and registration.

 

The car is in great mechanical and cosmetic condition and has been fully inspected and serviced, and is ready to be enjoyed as-is for many years to come. Invoices from Porsche Denmark exceeding 13000 Euro between October 2019  and June 2021 are include in the price. The car passed Danish Technical Inspection (Syn/TUV/MOT) and will not have to pass inspection until October 2027.

 

Known internally as the T6 and designed by Erwin Komenda, the Porsche 356 C came out for the 1964 model year. External changes were minimal in typical Porsche fashion, external changes were minimal, but with the 356C, a Porsche finally had disc brakes front and rear.
