1961 | Porsche 356 B 1600 Super 90

**This 356 roadster has a fantastic pure body and undercarriage.  Knowing that these early Porsches are often affected by serious rust problems, this roadster is in quite exceptional and original condition.  **

It is in my collection since 15 years and was driven sparingly but always very well serviced and maintained.  It's last service was done about 10 days earlier to this publication.   I had many 356 roadsters, but this one is the car I always wanted to keep.

The reasons are obvious:  the pure condition (judge the pictures), and the conversions that were made to it to make it a perfect performing driver.  These include an S engine tuned to around 100 hp, fitting of 4 wheel disc brakes with original** 5.5 inch chrome wheels, and a conversion to 12 volt system.  The car runs and drives ansolutely superbly, is fast and reliable,  confortable and easy to handle.  It was a pleasure every time I took it out for a spin.**

The roadster is also equipped with Halogene Euro headlights, an additional electrical fuel pump for easy cold start, and has a to the soft top matching tonneau cover.  The roll-up safety belts are an interesting item as well.

The paint is in excellent condition, however about 16 years old and therefor showing a nice patina.  The whole interior, seats and carpets, door panels, dash board etc... all are in superb condition.   The engine compartment is very well maintained and could stand concourse condition.

It will not be easy to find another roadster as well suited for driving and showing.   The driving experience is just fantastic with the extra power and interesting up-grades.
