Registered in August 1954 to a Mr Herbert Thorlby, this original right hand drive Jaguar XK120 is finished in striking red paintwork with grey leather interior with red piping and black hood. Complimenting the stunning body this example sits on 16” stainless steel wire wheels and centres.

Amazingly, this 71-year-old car has only had 4 owners and has covered a mere 69,997 miles with MOT certificates going back to 1977 to confirm this. As well as being well looked after, this example has also been subtly upgraded with Electric power steering, disc brakes on the front wheels, 5-speed gearbox and a conversion to alternator with new wiring loom. More recently it has been converted to 123 Electronic Ignition which included a rolling road set up.

Previously owned by a long-standing Jaguar enthusiast, the car comes with an extensive history file which documents work carried out and the previously mentioned MOT’s. This is a car that we know well having carried out work on it ourselves.
