This is the car you just can’t find – a very low mileage, immaculate six-cylinder 124 estate.
Unfortunately, these cars were always so good that for the last 30+ years people have been using and enjoying these cars, but that’s meant they’re all used them up. So, while it’s not hard to find a 124 estate, finding one without rust, in collector condition and with very low miles has become nigh on impossible.
We found this ’93 in Japan, having covered just under 50t km from new, or just over 30,000 miles. Finished in Almandine Red metallic with a black cloth interior. It has desirable options including air conditioning, 7-seats, electric and heated front seats, electric steering column and leather steering wheel.
In addition to its low miles this car has evidently been garaged as there is no interior fading associated with cars that have been outside.
In Japan it has never been exposed to road salt and thanks to their kinder climate this car is in incredible condition underneath with zero corrosion. It looks like a 6-month-old car and has concours potential.
Since arriving in the UK we have replaced all the biodegradable engine wiring harnesses, fitted a new exhaust back box, Blaupunkt stereo and aerial, refurbished the wheels and fitted them with new Dunlop tyres, carried out a 4-wheel alignment, and we have serviced the air conditioning.

In exceptional and highly original condition throughout. It would be very hard to find a 124 estate of any variant in better or more original condition. Perfect for a collector looking for best of its type.
