General information:
Isothermos initially produced heating systems in Bresso. The first model, the 65 ccm Furetto scooter launched in 1949, met with only limited success. In 1950, the ISO 125 scooter was launched, which proved more successful. The scooter we are offering was manufactured between 1953 and 1955. With a telescopic fork, foot-operated gearshift, 3-speed gearbox and rear swing arm, it delivered good performance. The Isoscooter 125 is in very fine condition, having been restored a few years ago. In 1960, the company’s owner shifted his focus to building sports cars, leading to the discontinuation of scooter production. Although the ISO 500 motorbike was presented to the public in 1961, it was not well received by the motorbike market.
