I tried at several Renault workshops to have this key reprogrammed, but unfortunately they no longer have the old diagnostic equipment and therefore are unable to do so.

In 2022, the rear axle bushes were replaced, as was the timing belt, although that was also changed again as scheduled in 2026. Accordingly, it is completely fresh. Until 2025, it received a major service every year, meaning an oil service plus all filters, spark plugs, and so on. The air-conditioning system was also refilled three years ago and checked for leaks, and works perfectly. The car has a DEKRA valuation report and also received the coveted historic H registration at its last TÜV inspection in 2025. This allowed me to insure the car with fully comprehensive cover for €130 per half-year because it is registered for seasonal use with me. At the beginning of this season in April, it also received a small professional detailing. I also gave it a new battery in 2024. Extensive bodywork and paintwork were also carried out at a specialist workshop and date from 2025. There is photographic documentation of this, which I will of course be happy to provide.
The rear brakes, including calipers, discs, and pads, were also renewed after the bodywork and welding work.
Nevertheless, this vehicle is not perfect either, but that is part of its charm. The oil pan gasket is damp with oil, and the front drop links should be replaced because there is slight knocking, although it could also be the ball joints. Slight rust bubbles have formed around the washer nozzle on the roof and need to be treated. The front grille should be fitted a little better.
Conclusion: the car is truly beautiful and absolutely reliable. It has never let me down and deserves a future owner who appreciates this car just as much as I have. I feel that my journey with the car is slowly coming to an end and that I would like to devote myself to other projects.
