A real rarity these days, the MG 1300 has been overlooked by the market for some time, but that is changing

and rightly so, as these cars have a 1275 twin carb engine that gives them sufficient performance, but also offers a really good ride comfort due to the Hydrolastic suspension.

This car reportedly has 016,897 km on the odometer and the originality and good condition of the body certainly indicate a low mileage car. In fact it's a hard to fault car with a nice original interior. The paint of the car is also in very good condition. The MG 1300 engine is essentially a Cooper S specification unit with eleven stud heads.

According to the website How Many Are left, there are only 87 MG1300s left on the road and given the usability of these cars in modern traffic, we suspect that values will rise given their rarity. Spare parts are generally easily available
