A beautiful, body-off restored 1964 Chevrolet Corvette C2 Convertible with only 750km driven since restoration! This iconic American convertible combines elegance with fully overhauled mechanics. The car was delivered new in America and restored in the Netherlands in 2016/2017.
Exterior:
The body-off restored bodywork is sleek and finished in the original Silverblue Metallic color. The car is equipped with chrome bumpers, trim, and a blue mohair soft-top in excellent condition. All logos were renewed during the restoration. The iconic, electrically operated pop-up headlights work perfectly. Underneath the car are the Kelsey-Hayes knock-off wheels with whitewall tires.
Interior:
The interior of this Chevrolet Corvette C2 Convertible is finished in blue vinyl. The interior has been renewed and is in good condition. The original dashboard features a beautiful aluminum trim, and the original clock is intact and working. Additionally, the interior features a wooden steering wheel and a new classic radio.
Mechanics:
This Chevrolet Corvette is equipped with a 327ci V8 engine, producing 365 hp, combined with a 4-speed manual transmission. The engine runs smoothly, the gearbox shifts cleanly, and the car drives excellently. Technically, the car has been completely overhauled. Thanks in part to the power steering and front disc brakes, this Corvette offers a highly enjoyable driving experience.
History:
The Chevrolet Corvette was delivered new in America and remained there for a long time. The car then came to the Netherlands and was body-off restored in 2016/2017. Since this restoration, the car has only been driven approx. 750km. A special example that still radiates the charm and authenticity of 1964.
