Description

1936 BMW 319/328 Special

Registration : BE registered
Chassis number : 56262 / 94
Engine number : TT335

1.971 cc, 6-inline cylinder engine, 80+ hp, 4-speed manual

In the 90's this BMW was commissioned on a 319/1 short chassis to 328 specifications, utilising the original engine block and gas flowed BMW 328 cylinder head thus keeping its matching numbers. The gentleman who ordered the build took the opportunity to smooth and lower the rear body creating this sporty and stylish 328.

As the car was intended for international Rallys, performance was always foremost. The engine has several upgrades including triple carbs, cam, performance inlet & exhaust manifolds, side exiting exhaust etc. Uprated suspension, steering and braking.

The car is in beautiful condition and drives superbly, finished in Old English White with Red leather trim and Mohair hood and tonneau cover.
