Description

Leaving the Works on 24/5/63 for Modern Light Cars Ltd. (Bournemouth)and then to A.J. Harmsworth of Brockenhurst. Originally Midnight Blue with Blue leather the car benefited from disc brakes all round, 72 Spoke wheels and the optional Five Speed ZF manual gearbox. Presently with its fifth owner this car was restored around fifteen years ago and is a former AOC Concourse winner. Pictured in David Culshaws book: Alvis Three Litre in Detail; pg 87 this is a fine example of the scarcer Series2 TD with a good specification ideal for those continental tours.
