This early 750-series Giulietta Sprint was sold new in Munich, Germany but shortly thereafter registered in the Netherlands with registration 99-61-FS by Mr. P Gudde. In 1988 the car was re-registered under DE-22-42. This fantastic Giulietta Sprint comes from a collection and was in long-term ownership from 1984 onwards. Recently, we acquired a selection of automobiles from this collection.
Maintenance
The Alfa Romeo was regularly driven until 2007 and has since been kept on display. In 2025, the car was recommissioned and serviced (see logbook). The brake system was fully overhauled, the fuel pump renewed, all oils and fluids replaced, and new spark plugs and filters fitted.
This wonderful Alfa Romeo Giulietta 1300 Sprint underwent a body restoration and was repainted in the early 1980s, with the restoration completed by the subsequent owner in 1985. During these works, the rear bumper was deleted.
Condition
The automobile presents in very good and highly original condition, with only the bodywork having been restored. The trim, engine compartment, boot and interior all remain original. The upholstery is also in good condition, featuring new seat squabs fitted to replace the original material, which had deteriorated over time.
The car is powered by its original 65 bhp four-cylinder engine, with power transmitted to the rear wheels through the original four-speed gearbox with steering-column gear change.
It is finished in Alfa Red (Rosso Alfa Romeo) and combined with a two-tone red and beige vinyl and cloth interior, complemented by red carpeting.
