The elegant bodywork, combined with the Alfa Romeo’s top-of-the-range 115 hp engine, placed this car in a league of its own, far above the Porsche 356 and Mercedes 190 SL. The Alfa Romeo 2000 Touring Spider offered here was the successor to the Super Sprint Cabriolet in 1958.

Between 1958 and 1961, only around 3,400 examples of this model were built.
