The MG A Twin Cam is an icon among British roadsters, and this example shows why the model is still so beloved by classic car enthusiasts and rally drivers. The Twin Cam version of the MG A is rare, with only 2,111 produced. This particular version was developed to compete with sports car’s such as the Austin-Healey 100/6 and the Triumph TR3, and offered significantly more power thanks to the innovative engine with double overhead camshaft.
Restored and Classic Coloration
This example is very nicely executed with a beautiful exterior and interior that gives a timeless charm. In the past, this Twin Cam was restored and reconditioned. The result is a very nice example that is in very clean condition, both optically and technically.
Beautiful Exterior and Neat Interior
The exterior is of good quality, with paint that still has a nice shine. The chrome parts, such as the bumpers and mirrors, are in nice condition and add to the classic look. The body panels fit well together, and the underside of the car looks cared for. Inside, we find comfortable seats with high-quality leather upholstery. The dashboard, along with the wooden steering wheel and classic instruments, is in good condition and gives an authentic feel.

Under the hood is the 108-hp Twin Cam engine, which runs smoothly and powerfully. Thanks to the extra power and Dunlop disc brakes, this MG A Twin Cam offers an impressive driving experience. The clutch pedal is light to operate, the brakes are well dosed, and the steering feel is sharp and direct, adding to the driving pleasure. With sporty bucket seats and 15-inch knock-off steel wheels, this roadster is perfectly prepared for participation in rally’s and touring.
