Finished in the striking and highly desirable Valencia Orange with a contrasting black leather interior, this exceptional BMW Z4 sDrive35is represents a particularly compelling example of BMW's E89-generation flagship Z4. Originally registered on 1st March 2016, it has covered an extraordinarily low 1,930 miles from new, making it an unusually well-preserved example of this high-performance convertible. The sDrive35is occupies the top tier of the E89 Z4 range and combines BMW's renowned 3.0 litre twin-turbocharged straight-six with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission and rear-wheel drive. Developing approximately 340bhp and 450Nm of torque, with up to 500Nm available under overboost, it is capable of accelerating from 0-62mph in around 4.8 seconds. The result is a car that offers genuine sportscar performance while retaining the refinement and usability expected of a BMW grand tourer.
The 35is specification brings several enhancements over the standard sDrive35i, including Adaptive M Sport suspension, a lowered ride height, sports exhaust, uprated steering and the distinctive M aerodynamic package, complemented by its purposeful stance and 18-inch alloy wheels. The retractable hardtop further enhances the Z4's versatility, providing the character of an open sportscar when lowered while offering coupe-like refinement when closed. Inside, the driver-focused cabin is trimmed in black leather, with supportive sports seats and high-quality materials throughout. The compact two-seat layout, low driving position and long bonnet create an engaging environment, equally suited to an enthusiastic drive or relaxed continental touring.
This particular Z4 has been sparingly used and always garaged, presenting exceptionally well throughout. The condition is certainly commensurate of such a low mileage example. Its remarkably low mileage is supported by a comprehensive service history, with eight recorded services during its lifetime, together with a full complement of MoT test certificates. The current MoT test certificate runs until 24th July 2027.
With its rare combination of exceptionally low mileage, desirable Valencia Orange paintwork, flagship sDrive35is specification, strong provenance and comprehensive history, this Z4 presents a notable opportunity to acquire one of BMW's most charismatic modern convertibles in remarkably preserved condition. Combining performance, sophistication and open-air enjoyment, it is a particularly appealing example for the enthusiast collector or discerning driver. Consigned by Stewart Banks
