This wonderful M535i is finished in the popular colour Alpine Weiss and combined with a beige (tan) leather interior.
This BMW M535i was sold new in the Nice region in the south of France.
The automobile was imported to the Netherlands in 2012. From new, the car has driven 238,510 kilometres. The rugged BMW mechanicals were well serviced over the years; in 2025 the car received a major service from a Dutch BMW specialist.
This M535i is in good condition.
The exterior looks fantastic, with great paint and superb BBS wheels (instead of the original TRX wheels). The interior is in good condition, the front seats has been retrimmed.
The car is fitted with a working air conditioning system.
The BMW M535i was introduced as the high performance flagship of the E28 5 Series, blending executive comfort with genuine sporting ability. Powered by the 3.5 litre straight six from the BMW 635 CSi, it delivered strong performance and a wonderfully characterful engine note.
The model featured uprated suspension, larger brakes, and distinctive M Technic details that set it apart visually and dynamically from the standard range. Inside, the M535i offered sport seats and purposeful trim that reflected its Motorsport pedigree.
Nowadays, the M535i is regarded as the car that laid the foundations for the legendary M5. The M535i is a rare performance saloon, with only 9,424 examples built from 1985 until 1988.
This example, in good and wonderfully condition, is a great find for the enthusiast.
