This is a very nice Alfa Romeo 1300 GT Veloce in the color Alfa Rosso in combination with a beige interior which shows 34,364 on the counter. The coupé, signed by Bertone, can still be recognized immediately as an Alfa Romeo after all these years and has not yet had to lose anything of its timeless beauty. The car has already been restored once and that is still clearly visible given the quality of the time. The bodywork therefore looks beautiful.
The sheet metal is nice and thin and the fits are correct. The paint was very well sprayed at the time and looks very good. The chrome moldings are also in good condition and fit well everywhere. The car is on steel wheels. The rims are fitted with good tires in the correct sizes.
The interior has beautiful beige upholstery. Both the carpets and the artificial leather on the seats are in very good condition. The characteristic long lever is immediately noticeable and of course this Alfa Romeo is also equipped with a sporty sports steering wheel with three spokes. The other controls and instruments all look very neat and are in good condition, as well as the headlining and dashboard are neatly cared for. Nice detail is the 8 track cassette player which we find in the car.
The engine is mated to a precise-shifting five-speed manual transmission. Also things such as the chassis and the brakes are neatly cared for and all function as they should. The handling of this type of Alfa Romeo is an absolute pleasure.
The GT 1300 Junior was in production for more than ten years and was then and still adored by enthusiasts.
All in all a very beautiful and correct example with an incredible appearance and driving characteristics.
