J792 PJA was first supplied by Manchester main agents Drabble & Allen to a Mr Brian Ellam on the 11th of June 1992. The V12 XJ-s has been subject of meticulous maintenance with an overflowing service book that comes with a superbly comprehensive history file. The file comprises of maintenance receipts to the sum of £33,000, the original bill of sale for £45,127.65, and the original Jaguar handbooks.

Mr Ellam, the first keeper, owned an accountancy firm in Manchester. Unsurprisingly, with regular trips from Manchester to Newquay the Jaguar had amassed 115,000 miles within his ownership, a true testament to the build quality and reliability boasted by Jaguar of its V12 engine. The service book bears stamps from the supplying dealer at 1612, 4623, 8431, 13134, 17096, 22038, 27667, 32668, 34368, 38599, 43891, 48593, 53013, 56925, 63181, 67706, 72255, 75986, 81413, 85773, 900015, 94001, 97583, and 99980. The next 2 stamps at 104261 and 110006 were carried out at a local garage in Newquay before Jaguar specialists, Jagman of the Northwest carried out the 112385-mile service. Upon Mr. Ellam's passing in 2019, the XJS was registered to Mrs. Ellam who commissioned another service with Jagman at 115793 miles. By 2023, Mrs. Ellam had sold the vehicle onto its 3rd registered keeper of Worcester who retained the vehicle for a number of years. Most recently, J792 PJA has benefitted from a full service, new front brake calipers and brake pads, new rear handbrake pads with the cage dropped, and having all the wheels refurbished.

Westminster Blue is a very iconic Jaguar colour and it looks exceptionally with a beautiful Navy roof and hood envelope. Inside the car, the Magnolia interior has been preserved very well with is in lovely original condition. Driving the XJS, it is clear to see why it is such a great choice for the long journeys from Newquay to Manchester, the smooth and torquey V12 pulls strongly while the seamless transitions of the gearbox does the legwork.

J792 PJA is a quality example of a thoroughly maintained Jagaur XJS while showing 117,000 miles, gives the impression of a low mileage classic.
