The very first production Vanquish ever made. Chassis number 500001. This car was the press demonstrator car & features in many contemporary magazine articles. It has covered just 38000 miles from new.
The condition & service history of this car simply have to be seen to be believed. It has been looked after in recent years by Aston Martin Works Service & has had tens of thousands of pounds lavished upon it to keep it in as new condition. Works Service also repainted the front of the car to remove some road chips suffered from over enthusiastic motoring journalists flinging it down the road. It thus comes to us in simply 100% pristine condition looking to all intensive purposes like a brand new car with flawless Skye Silver paintwork. To the interior is Kestrel Tan leather & alcantara quilted roof lining. The sills have special plates attesting to the car being the first hand built production Vanquish.
The car comes with a massive history of service stamps in the book & assorted additional invoices from works service & other speciailsts all aimed at keeping the car in pristine condition & as new condition. In addition to car number one we also have the last Vanquish ever produced & as such they would make a great pair in any Aston Martin collection.
