Uw taken

• Preparation of monthly invoicing runs and recording of payment transactions (bank, cash register).
• Preparation and processing of monthly accounting documents in collaboration with our external tax office.
• Preparation of cost allocation, recording and posting of all business transactions in DATEV.
• Maintaining open item lists, tracking receivables and conducting dunning procedures.
• Co-designing processes in the areas of finance and accounting.
• Internal and external business correspondence in German and English.

Uw profiel

• You have completed commercial vocational training in accounting and solid knowledge of DATEV as well as common office applications.
• You have gained at least two years of professional experience in accounting at a medium-sized company or in a tax office.
• You work carefully and independently with high commitment and willingness to take initiative.
• You have very good German and good English language skills.
• You like to work independently and approach people openly – your communication skills help you solve problems.
• You enjoy supporting administrative tasks.
