• Together with your team colleagues, you take responsibility for first-level support requests and are the contact person for our business partners.
• You act as an interface to other departments and identify automation and optimization potential in customer service.
• You support the acquisition and development of our partner and multiplier network domestically and internationally.
• You assist in consulting and selling additional Classic Trader services and solutions.
• You sell Classic Trader products on a target-based approach by phone to customers worldwide and ensure a smooth customer journey with your first-class consulting and personality.

Uw profiel

• You have completed a degree in business administration or commercial training.
• You have at least one year of experience in sales or key account management.
• You have a confident and empathetic manner and possess excellent communication skills.
• You work independently and enjoy achieving goals and developing customer segments.
• You have excellent German and English language skills.
• You enjoy driving topics from conception to implementation on your own initiative.
