Uw taken

• You research, qualify and classify new customer potential and support the sales organization in optimizing our databases.
• The compilation of segment-specific documents for our automated customer communication is also part of your area of activity.
• You support the Sales & Account Management team in all relevant sales and customer service processes.
• You also act as a link between the sales team and management.

Uw profiel

• You are looking for an internship position for at least four months or a working student position for 15 to 20 hours per week.
• You work independently, in a structured and conscientious manner and have strong communication skills.
• Working with MS Office applications is no problem for you.
• You have very good German and English language skills in spoken and written form.
• Initial experience in sales or digital business environments is desirable but not a prerequisite.
• You analyze existing customer relationships and identify optimization potential.
