1955 | Mercedes-Benz 300 b

This is a Mercedes 300B Adenauer from 1955. A rust-free car from California with matching numbers. The weather has been very nice to this 70-year old survivor and it’s a perfect candidate for an easy restoration. There’s really not much body work to be done but the car could use a new coat of paint. The engine runs and the carburaters are restored. The brakes need to be repaired and are not functioning at this time. The car is in need of an interior restoration. All seats and door panels are original but need to be reupholstered. New inside lining of the ceiling needs to be done. The dashboard is in great condition, both wood, chrome and leather. Floors, undercarriage, frame and wheels houses are in good condition and has only surface rust, if any. You will find pictures of rubber seals, all four ventilation windows (in good condition) and other parts in this ad. All in all, it’s a great, solid car for a straight forward restoration (without a lot of surprises). The car was imported from California and is now located in Limhamn (Malmö), Sweden, which is right by the bridge to Copenhagen. I can arrange shipping at a low price. No REASONABLE offer is refused!
