Hilton & Moss are pleased to present this beautiful 1975 Alfa Romeo 2000 GTV, a later example of one of Alfa Romeo’s most celebrated models. Designed by Giorgetto Giugiaro at Bertone, the 105-Series GTV remains one of the most recognisable silhouettes in automotive history. The 2000 GTV, the ultimate evolution of the model, benefits from subtle styling refinements and mechanical upgrades over earlier variants, including a 2.0-litre twin-cam engine producing 132bhp, paired with a 5-speed gearbox and limited-slip differential. The result is a wonderfully balanced, lively driving experience that continues to win fans today.

This particular car presents superbly, having been subject to extensive restoration with the Hilton & Moss team. Retaining all the charm of the original design, from its sculpted bodywork and distinctive grille to the classic interior featuring period-correct gauges, wood-rimmed steering wheel, and deep-set sports seats. The 2.0-litre engine starts readily and delivers a crisp, characterful note, with a powerband that is complemented by the car’s nimble handling and communicative steering.

Finished in the lesser-known shade of Piper Yellow, the exterior bodywork presents without fault. Bright work across the car is finished wonderfully, with badging and other additions in great condition. The Pepperpot style wheels have been refurbished and are finished in silver. Most notably, this 2000 GTV features a Webasto sunroof, adding another level of enjoyment to the vehicle and the feel of open-top motoring. This subtle, yet meaningful addition adds a new layer of enjoyment for the occupants.

The interior is finished in black leather throughout, with the dashboard and centre console featuring mahogany veneer inserts. This theming is continued with a beautiful Personal steering wheel and mahogany gear shift knob, as well as mahogany headrest supports for the front seats. A modern stereo unit completes the interior whilst remaining true to the styling of the period.

Subject to restoration in 2018 with Hilton & Moss, and recent servicing in 2025, this Alfa Romeo is in excellent condition and ready to be enjoyed. Invoices totalling in excess of £45,000 document the work carried out over the years, with imagery alongside, as well as prior maintenance and parts invoices, show that this car has been enjoyed, but also cared for in its long-term ownership. Underside images of the car show that it remains in fantastic condition to this day.
