We recently purchased this 540 hp future classic in Japan. Thanks to the favorable climate, this R231-series SL has been exceptionally well preserved. It is completely rust-free, even underneath and in the wheel arches! The Japanese are known for taking extremely good care of their possessions, and this AMG is a perfect example of that.
The car is in excellent condition, both inside and out, and still looks like new. All original booklets and full maintenance history are present.
