The FIAT 500 C Topolino was built between 1949 and 1955, with 376,371 units produced, making it FIAT's most successful model. The engine and performance are almost identical to those of the “B” model; but the cylinder head was made of aluminum instead of gray cast iron. Minor changes were made to the mechanics, and the Topolino was also equipped with heating and defrosters as standard. The body, on the other hand, was completely redesigned. It is strongly reminiscent of American models – but with a length of 3.24 meters, it is more like a 1:2 scale model.
The vehicle is in fantastic condition – of course, it should be noted that it is a 74-year-old vehicle ;-), with the typical bumps and dents. However, everything possible has been done to ensure that you can safely experience this Dolce Vita flair on the road, including disc brakes and a brand-new soft top. Genuine and authentic driving pleasure – without any frills.
