1968 Nickri Spyder. A fine example of the handcrafted vehicles built during the 1950s and 1960s by small English manufacturers, in this case NICKRI LAMINATES (ESSEX, UK). Built on a Triumph Vitesse chassis with bodywork in the style of the Jaguar D-Type, Maserati 300, and Ferrari 250 TR, and an 1800cc MG engine delivering over 100 hp to a car weighing 750 kg and featuring a 4-speed overdrive gearbox.

Inspired by the racing cars of the 1950s, this stunning classic Nickri Spyder racer has been recently rebuilt to the highest standards, with virtually no expense spared and using new or professionally restored components. The vehicle has been completely rebuilt from the chassis up, leaving no detail to chance and maintaining original period components throughout.

If you enjoy driving, the Nickri Spyder offers a fun ride and spectacular sensations, with high cornering stability and top speeds above what you might expect for its year of construction. Registered in Spain as a Historic Vehicle, with valid vehicle inspection and insurance, it's ready to be driven anywhere.

Engine and Transmission:

MG 1800cc inline 4-cylinder engine, compression checked. All gaskets, filters, seals, and fluids replaced.

Engine auxiliaries new or reconditioned: alternator, starter motor and distributor, water pump, fuel pump, electronic ignition, coil, spark plugs, and wires.

Dual SU carburetors rebuilt with original components and recently tuned.

Oversized radiator with electric fan and new hoses.

Coolant expansion tank.

MG 4-speed overdrive gearbox inspected, with gaskets, filters, seals, and fluids renewed.

Stainless steel exhaust system.

Dual fuel system (main and auxiliary in case of failure).

Clutch components and master cylinder reconditioned.

Professional tune-up performed in April 2025.
