This is a rare find.  A 1957 Alfa Romeo Giulietta Allegerita.  A  car that is indeed part of fascinating piece of automotive history, particularly given its racing history and very limited production. This specific model has a rich story tracing its ownership from the original buyer in 1957 and its subsequent caretakers contributing to its preservation and eventual restoration. These cars rarely come to the market, its was only the sad passing of its very well known owner in these circles that it has become available.

Based on the Giulietta Sprint Veloce with a body by Bertone, the 'Alleggrita' which refers to' lightweight'  having Aluminium panels and other upgrades.  They were only built in very limited numbers and rarely come to the market
