1962 | Alfa Romeo Giulia Barchetta Gilco
Alfa Romeo Barchetta
Alfa Romeo Barchetta
Description
A One-of-a-Kind Italian Special with styling by ATL combines Gilco tubular chassis. Gilco was a master in developing of a solid, strong but light structure of a car. An important advantage for race cars with stronger engines. At that time he developed all the racer chassis of the most important manufacturers (Ferrari, Alfa Romeo, Maserati,…) of the time in Italy. This led to success of many car brands.
The body of this Alfa Romeo is made from full aluminum. A light body combined with a tubular frame makes the car super light and smooth to drive.
The car got fully restored and occurs in great condition. Under the hood you will find a 1600 cc 4-cylinder engine that is paired to a four-speed manual transaxle. A beautiful tan interior is matching the red body paint. A great car ready to hit the roads.
