This Alfa Romeo Giulia was delivered new in 1966 to its first Italian owner in Farnese, Italy. In the early 1990s it was brought to the Netherlands by a Dutch Alfa Romeo enthusiast. Although the engine was damaged, the bodywork was solid. In 1994 the Giulia was advertised for sale in the magazine of the Dutch Alfa Romeo Club, where the last owner purchased it as a hobby project. In 1995 the complete disassembly of the car began. Step by step a restoration plan was made, and in 1999 the car was repainted in its gorgeous blue color. The body was so solid that no welding was required. The entire process has been documented in photo booklets.

The mechanicals were also fully addressed. The engine was overhauled in 1999 by Pasman in Baak. All other components were replaced with new parts. The restoration was completed at the end of 2011, resulting in a stunning Giulia in the owner’s garage. The car comes with a detailed valuation report stating it is in condition 2 (very good). Due to the owner’s age, this beautiful Italian lady is now looking for a new enthusiast—an honor for us to help find.
