1993 | Land Rover Defender 90

Frame off restoration carried out on this rustfree 1991 Defender 90.

Import from southern Spain, ear the city if Jaen, never seen snow or salt on the road.

During the restoration we removed the entire body from the chassis and stripped it to bits. Chassis was sandblasted and triple powdercoated in black.

Body restored wirth new front fenders and 3 new doors.

Body carefully prepared and painted panel by panel in Urban Green.

Front wings modified to take "Spectre"arches.

Completely rebuild Tdi engine , bench tested prior to installation, new pistons, rebuild cylinderhead, new clutch kit, new starter, new alternator, new turbo

Completely rebuild LT77 5 speed manual gearbox, uprated

Completely rebuild LT230 transfer box

Full axle rebuild, new swivels, new pins, new bearings, new seals, new drive members, new brake rotors , new brake calipers, new brake pads.

All suspension arms sandblasted and powdercoated in black, all new rubber bushes and new hardware.

HD rollbar in gloss black with Chocolate Mohair Soft Top, also included is Chocolate color Bimini top.
