Fortunately, in 2006, Chevrolet announced the return of an icon. After a seven-year hiatus, the fifth-generation Camaro emerged its design a respectful nod to the original, with muscular haunches and a commanding front grille, now seamlessly integrated with modern engineering and technology. It rekindled the spirit of the 1970s, when the Camaro dominated the pony car landscape with unmistakable presence.
