1986 | Aston Martin V8 Volante

1986 Aston Martin V8 Volante (Left Hand Drive) finished in Winchester blue with dark blue connolly hide interior and best quality Wilton carpet. Imported back into the UK by a private individual 5 or 6 years ago and purchased by us in 2018 in need of re-commissioning.  The work required included a complete repaint which was carried out to a very high standard and re-dressing of the hides together with new Wilton carpets throughout and replacement of the electric hood mechanism. Additional mechanical works were also required which included a brake overhaul and a major service. The car has the advantage of being built with 5 speed manual transmission and now has a new dark blue mohair electric soft top and later style Ronal wheels. It is now excellent throughout and is accompanied by a considerable file with re-commissioning costs. Whilst we have no detailed information of the car prior to importaation, on close inspection of the quality of the original seats, we are advised by our Connolly leather expert that the recorded mileage of under 25,000 miles is likely to be a true reading. Offered for sale at a more than realistic price of  £165,000.
