Mooie Mercedes 300 CE-24 Sportline in naar mijn mening de mooiste kleurencombinatie voor dit model zwart op zwart. Met zijn diepe zwarte lakkleur en zeer lange achterkant trekt de auto veel bekijks met de kap omlaag.  

De auto is reeds sinds 2010 in het bezit van mijn buurman die er in al de jaren slechts circa 10000km mee gereden heeft aangezien dit zijn 4e auto was. Mijn buurman heeft hem overgenomen van iemand die hem sinds 1999 in bezit had en in die jaren is er circa 20000km mee gereden. In het RDW voertuigenrapport is te zien dat de auto minimaal 6 maanden per jaar geschorst is geweest sinds 1998. Voor zover bekend heeft de auto ook altijd binnen gestaan, er is dan ook geen roest of iets dergelijks te vinden op de bekende plekken. 
Het betreft een uitvoering met zwart lederen bekleding inclusief stoelverwarming en elektrisch verstelbare bestuurdersstoel met pneumatische lendenverstelling. 

Ik heb er zelf enkele ritten meegereden en de auto rijdt, stuurt en remt zoals je zou verwachten van een E-klasse uit de jaren 90. 
In combinatie met het windscherm is het een genot om met het dak omlaag te rijden. Zelfs bij lagere buitentemperaturen. 

Volgens het chassisnummer zou dit de originele optielijst moeten zijn:

Aandachtspunten (daar is de prijs ook naar):
• Het valt niet erg op maar ik wil het toch even benoemd hebben. Cosmetisch zitten er een paar kleine beschadigingen op het lakwerk zie laatste foto's (achterbumper, rechterzijspiegel, rechterachterbumper).
• Als het licht aanstaat brandt het waarschuwingslampje op het dashboard met de melding dat er ergens een lamp kapot zou zijn. Echter alle lampen zijn gecontroleerd en werken naar behoren. 
• Auto is recent goedgekeurd met deze banden maar de banden zijn al enige tijd niet vervangen dus is het aan te raden deze kosten in te calculeren op de korte termijn. 

Kenner weet wat de auto waard is. Het is een vaste prijs en bezichtiging enkel bij serieuze interesse.

ENGLISH:

Stunning Mercedes 300 CE-24 Sportline with the nice color combination black on black. With its deep black paint and very long coach for a convertible, the car definitily draws the attention when the roof is lowered.

The car is in possession of my neighbor since 2010. There was only approximately 10000km driven In all the adjecent years, owing to the fact that this was his 4th car. My neighbor got the car from somebody who had the car in possession since 1999, during that period there was approximately 20000km driven in the years until 2010. In the vehicle report from the Department of Road Transport it can bes een that every year the car was at minimum 6 months suspended for driving on the roads since 1998 (a rule in the Netherlands to avoid road taxes if you are not driving with your car, which was not done in the winter period).
As far as is known, the car has always been parked inside hence rust is not visible on the typical spots fort his model.

The car configuration is a version with black leather including seat heating and electrically adjustable driver’s seat including pneumatic adjustment for the back.

I drove a few tours with the car recently and it drives, steers and brakes as you would expect from a 90’s E-Classe.

In combination with the windshield it is a pleasure to drive with the roof down. Even with lower ambient temperatures.

Expiry date (Netherlands): technical examination / periodic vehicle inspection  / MOT test: September 25th 2025.

A few points of attention (hence the price):

- It is not very obvious but wanted to have it stated here: In terms of cosmetics there are a few imperfections on the outside (see pictures): rear bumper, right side mirror, right rear bumper).

- When the lights are on, the dashboard shows a warning light that one of the lights is not working. However all lights are checked and are working.

- The vehicle has passed the Periodic Vehicle Inspection with the current tyres. However it is wise to count in the cost to replace those in the near future as they have not been replaced for quite a while.
