This extraordinary Jaguar XK150 is amongst the best we have ever offered for sale. Built on the 9th February 1960, this is a UK RHD Home Market car with matching numbers that was dispatched from Henlys Limited, London and later exported to Austria where it had two owners from the mid 1980’s. On return to the UK in 2006, it was sold to the last owner by JD Classics for £90,000 who then commenced on the most meticulous 4000 plus hour body off rebuild at a staggering cost of £360,000.

Over the next 18 years the XK150 toured extensively in Europe averaging 2600 miles per year. Since the rebuild a further £137,000 has been spent on upgrades, improvements and maintenance taking the total cost of the car to well over £500,000. The XK boasts an incredible specification to include power assisted steering, five speed gearbox (original gearbox and overdrive unit with the car), JD uprated suspension kit, upgraded brakes, JD Sport clutch kit, JD stainless steel exhaust manifolds, upgraded wiring loom and full engine rebuild to include JD Sport crankshaft main seal conversion and JD Sport cylinder head specification. The world renowned and award-winning restorers carried out the majority of maintenance work since the initial restoration.
