1966 Jaguar 4.2 Series 1 E type fixed Head Coupe finished in Carmen Red with contrasting full black hide interior and a perfect headlining by Suffolk and Turley. This beautiful example has had only two dicerning owners since 2011, both of whom have spent considerable sums of money on continous maintenance and improvements. With the car is a comprehensive history file which includes a photographic record of improvements together with a Jaguar Heritage Certificate confirming that it is a UK supplied vehicle, built in June 1966 and retaining its original engine. The engine has been professionally rebuilt and upgraded to a higher output specification, providing additional power and torque for use on Classic Continental Tours. The specification of the whole car now ensures reliability and comfort stemming from the modern acutriments for ease of driving.
