This rare rally-inspired model features a 1.2-liter engine, delivering spirited handling and an authentic driving experience that perfectly blends vintage charm with sporty performance. With its distinctive design elements and emblematic rally heritage, the Kadett Rallye is a standout collector’s item.The “Rallye Kadett” was offered exclusively as a coupé, combining sleek styling with sporty enhancements. It was equipped with the twin-carburettor “SR” version of the 1.1-liter engine, produced between 1965 and 1971, providing a dynamic and spirited drive.

Its rally features included twin halogen driving lights, black panels on the bonnet/hood designed to reduce reflection, and black stripes along the sides, giving it an unmistakably bold look.

Inside, the Rallye Kadett boasted a black dashboard with rocker switches, complemented by black synthetic leather seat coverings for a distinctive and youthful interior. Customers concerned about the flamboyant appearance could order a more understated version without the extensive black accents, but the majority chose the classic rally-inspired black paintwork. Luckily this one also comes with it!

Produced in small quantities, the Opel Kadett Rallye from 1968 offers exclusivity and historical significance, making it an exceptional addition to any vintage car collection.
