This is a very rare with only around 50 TVR S4C’s ever built and this car has the most sensational history from new. The car is priced very sensibly as ideally it needs re-painting, however the chassis has been completely rebuilt and the car overhauled with no expense spared. The last owner based in Nottingham purchased the TVR in 2014 from Hexham Horseless Carriages with 71982 miles covered from new. In over ten years of ownership the TVR has been throughly enjoyed covering almost 12000 miles and having paid almost £8000 for the car, in the region of £14000 has been spent taking the car to an excellent standard in terms of chassis and mechanical condition.

The TVR has covered 84000 miles from new and comes with its original handbooks, spare keys, service invoices and the original bill of sale from Nigel Mansell Sports Cars Ltd. The TVR was supplied new in Cureton Green with Biscuit half hide and was first registered on the 1st August 1993. The service book is impressive with service stamps at 1454, 5798, 10733, 17971, 23420, 30190, 30768, 36768, 43066, 48603, 55050, 59091, 71980, 74014, 75393, 76311, 77920, 79727, 82166 and 83363 miles in February 2025.


This perfectly usable, superb driving car had the restoration work carried out in 2018 by Hexham Horseless Carriages. The chassis was rebuilt and then media blasted, zinc primed and powder coated. The car then had new dampers and springs, servo, master cylinder, brake hoses, rebuilt calipers, starter motor, clutch, flywheel ring gear and then meticulous maintenance since. With its impressive history and provenance, lovely largely original interior, restoration work and strong mechanical condition, this is a fantastic buy.
