This Triumph TR2 Roadster was ordered new on 7th of July 1955 by Mr. Konstantine Tsallis. VIN number TS7176LO left the Coventry factory as the only TR2 to be exported to Greece directly from the factory. It was finished in stylish Pearl white over a red leather interior, Mr. Tsallis took delivery of the car in October 1955.
The car came well equipped with a heater, an adjustable steering column, overdrive, competition springs and shocks,… It must have been a match made in heaven because he kept the car in his possession for no less than 30 years.
In 1985 the second owner Mr. Demitris Vazakas – a renowed Greek WRC rally driver and 1985 Greek section winner of the Acropolis rally – bought the car and enjoyed it until 2014. Under his ownership the car was carefully and faithfully restored to authenticity over a 3 year period (1996-1999). Chassis, Body, engine,… were restored exactly as it was when it left the factory with maintaining matching numbers and colors.
In 2014 the car left Greece to come back home to the UK. Mr. Robinson sold the car to Belgium in 2017.

The car remains today as it left the factory still retaining its original engine and gearbox and has just had 5 owners since new.
